Responsibilities

 Provider Relationship Management:

•  Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with ground transportation providers.
•  Serve as the primary point of contact for provider inquiries, issues, and escalations.
• Collaborate with providers to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges.
 
Contract Negotiation and Management:

•  Negotiate contracts and agreements with ground transportation providers.
•  Ensure compliance with contractual terms and performance metrics.
•  Regularly review and update agreements to align with changing business needs.
 
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

•  Monitor provider performance, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
•  Generate and analyze performance reports, identifying areas for improvement.
•  Work closely with providers to address and resolve performance issues.
 
Provider Onboarding and Training:

Facilitate the onboarding process for new providers, ensuring they understand our technology and business requirements.
 
Cross-functional Collaboration:

•  Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, product development, and sales, to align provider relationships with business goals.
•  Act as a bridge between providers and our organization, conveying feedback and requests effectively.

Requirements

Experience:

3+ years in sales, account management, or related fields.
•  Fluent in English, additional languages a plus.
•  Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
•  Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
•   Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
•  Data-driven decision-making abilities and proficiency in data analysis tools.
 
Nice to Have:

•   Bachelor's degree in business, economic sciences/accounting, or a related field.
•   Cultural familiarity or prior experience with the APAC/Middle East market, transportation, or mobility industry. Understanding of local business. practices, consumer behavior, and market dynamics in the region is a plus.
• SQL skills.
